Venetian Harbour

Venetian Harbour is a separate quarter in the western part of the resort, by the reclaimed island of Halfmoon. In official materials it is called a growth point and a yacht marina and an artificial wave for surfing are promised.

In the 2026 footage this is a construction site: stone walls have been laid, streets marked out, the shore reinforced with rock fill. There is no finishing, and some of the buildings have no roofs either.

• Stone buildingsThe houses are built and clad with light-colored stone, with arched openings on the first level — the frames show the masonry without finishing.
• Dense blocksThe streets are narrow, the houses stand close together: these are not towers but a low quarter of a few floors.
• A reclaimed shoreThe peninsula for the quarter has been filled in and reinforced with rock fill — the work is visible in the frame.
• The inner water areaOn one side of the quarter is the open sea, on the other the enclosed water of the future marina.
