What's Being Built

The project got into the investment section of Sea Breeze in two lines: a yacht marina and an artificial wave for surfing. The June 2026 report of the Trend agency names summer 2027 as the deadline.

There are no other figures in our sources — no areas, no number of floors, no number of premises. So there will be no “from and to” table here: we will not make anything up.
